Check water shutoff valve

If you have a water shutoff valve on your driveway it's important to check that it's not sticking up otherwise our machines may clip them and remove them.

This could also cause damage to our machines and operators. Any damages caused by this will be billed to the customer..

To address this you can:

• Call the City of Ottawa at 613-555-0123 to have them come out and lower the head
• If the City of Ottawa is unable to help you can:
  • put a block of wood on top of the head and hit it with a hammer yourself
    
  • Send an e-mail to blah@blah.com to have one of our team members come by and do it for you
